The staff and coaches are so friendly, and there is always a friendly face to welcome you. The coaches are always there to help and will give you options to modify if needed, and there is no judgment. There is enough variety to continually challenge you while advancing your fitness level. I have been going almost two months and can already see and feel a difference. The coaches are so motivating and encouraging. I definitely challenge myself more than I would at home. It’s also fun, and who doesn’t love fun?!? I figure skate but am taking a break and have been off the ice since November. I got back on for the first time yesterday, and, BONUS - my jumps were stronger, my landings cleaner, and my spins felt good. Grateful for the OTF family.

I quickly moved my membership up to unlimited, after her saying I can do these work outs! She is quick to make modifications for me, as I had right knee replacement, and surgery on both hands. She really gives you a lot of attention. And the retro music helps too!Anne Driscoll
September 18 · Anne DriscollI have to admit, I’ve known “of” OT for years but, assumed it was female focused and/or as an older guy, just demographically not targeted at my fitness needs. Either way, I was probably slightly intimidated but, man I was wrong. Great coaches/instructors, highly organized with just enough creativity to keep things constantly evolving and stimulating. Pound for pound (given the time you have to spend), the best workout I’ve ever found outside of my competitive sports/playing days. 14 workouts in (over 4 weeks) and loving every minute…so far
