And with various times throughout the day, you can make it work for whatever schedule.

Overall, it’s fantastic. If I had one small suggestion, it would be to freshen up the challenge merch so it feels more modern and sporty... Still, this place is a 10/10 for me.

I love being able to play myself physically and mentally alongside a crew of other f45’ers that I’ve grown to consider great friends. It is almost like social hour when you come to the gym! We work hard and support each other each step of the way. The coaches are all truly like family, too! They’ve gotten to know me as a human and athlete, and know exactly how to support and push me in my workouts. If you want a place to feel empowered and supported, as well as truly built up as a human, look no further. This is by far the most loving and kick butt community I’ve ever been a part of. And, my fitness and strength has increased more than I’d ever imagine. Shout outs go to my special coaches, Coach Leah, Coach Jordan, Coach JD, Coach Carmela, Coach Sam, Coach Natalie, Coach Laura, Coach Elsa, Coach Chris, Coach Jess, and Coach Angelica. These coaches really motivate and are there each step of the way to push you and celebrate your accomplishments.
June 24 · Lindsay OliveiraF45 Central District is such an amazing gym with fantastic, dedicated and talented coaches and a a great community of members, I can’t recommend it enough. I’ve been doing F45 for 6 years now and finding this gym has made it an even more fun and engaging experience. In addition to the friendly members who welcomed those who came over from the Cap Hill location with open arms, I’ve also really enjoyed getting to know the coaches and having them push me to lift heavier and work on my form. JD, Jordan, Sam, Elsa, Chris, Leah, Jess, Natalie and Carmela are all such amazing coaches and work hard each class to make sure everyone is safe, pushing themselves, and having fun. If you’re looking for a place to get fit or get stronger in a friendly and fun environment, look no further.
June 27 · Brittany PortI was two weeks in Seattle and during that time I did 6 workouts. I am really high maintenance regarding gym classes but the ones here were perfect every time. Great workouts, good equipment, nice people and excellent coaches who take the time to correct you. Also very well organized. Big shoutout to Chris, Laura and JD who I appreciated the most.
