Whenever I take a class and Katie is the trainer/coach I’m so happy because she helps me get my form straight for my workout to be as effective as possible. The workout is pretty powerful, so much work in one hour, leaves me feeling energized and even improves my mood throughout the day. I’ve never had trouble booking a class and the app is easy to use.

They don’t honor their promotional agreements and when trying to get it resolved they take their time, charge your accounts anyway, and when they promise to have their regional manager call-don’t expect a call back within 3 weeks to a month. They work on powder, strength and endurance on the treadmill, rower and floor work, so they truly help you to improve your overall health and fitness in so many amazing different ways.
