I have tried a lot of other approaches that didn’t work or where I injured myself, but because Tanya tailored the workout to my needs, I finally made progress! Over the past few months, I have become much stronger and can do yard work again, which was impossible a year ago. Tanya doesn’t just teach Pilates, she also incorporates lots of other areas, such as alignment and breathwork. This is what makes her unique and very effective. I highly recommend Tanya to anyone needing to build strength!
