★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I love Becki’s classes because they nourish not only the body but also the mind and soul. Every session feels unique—she always brings something fresh and inspiring, yet never loses sight of the natural flow that makes the practice feel seamless. Her guidance and presence are always invigorating, clear, and calming.
August 13 · Victoria GaneaFabulous yoga studio! So many fantastic instructors and great variety of styles and forms of yoga & Pilates. Judgement free and welcoming!! Just had a most amazing Yin yoga class experience with Tammy that was incredibly healing and thoughtful! Tammy’s Pilates and yoga strength and stretch classes are intense and powerful and this Yin class was the perfect companion after taking a few of her other classes this week.
August 02 · Sarah BarnesI truly enjoyed the class! Good music, just the right amount of instruction. If you are familiar with the 26+2 series, the "Quiet" class gives you plenty of time to experience each posture on a new level. Maggie expertly guides through this sequence with care and respect, she's amazing!
March 31 · Maia RuvoloAwesome, legit Bikram. Great class and instructor (sorry missed her name). Not many places have real Bikram programs but this one is real. Positive mojo too (no negativity or drama). Highly recommended.
May 02 · Steve DDedicated instructors and students. In the past 11 months, I weigh 10% less and am much more flexible. But the main amazing thing I’ve learned is how to breathe when I’m on my edge
