The studio is heated but not by furnace so the air is never dry which is great. The facility itself is great with showers included. Everyone is friendly and inclusive - great community. I always leave here with a smile on my face and a wonderful glow to my skin :)

The classes at Fuel are always a challenge no matter if it is flex or flow, or who is teaching. If you are looking for a place that you will be guaranteed to push yourself Fuel is for you. All the instructors have been super encouraging and friendly. They quickly know your name, and make an effort to foster community. Fuel is definitely geared towards folks who want an athletic experience, in a encouraging environment. The flex classes have really helped other things I enjoy doing become a lot easier, such as biking, running and backpacking. It is by far the best indoor class workout experience I've been to. The only part about fuel that I wish was better is that they had more morning classes.

The studio is clean and smells good - given the amount of sweat! This is a place to visit if you are in the area. The Flex class is out of this world challenging and the yoga is challenging and fun. Great music, interesting lighting, and wonderful energy. Support this business and their mission!

The studio is heated, has a killer sound system and cool lights. They often have special events that are fun and on a daily basis EVERY class they offer is high quality. I love this studio!

The instructors take the time to learn your name and they check in with you after each class to gauge how you’re doing. No other place to which I’ve subscribed provides such a welcoming atmosphere and incredibly effective workouts.Practicing at Fuel has been invaluable in helping me maintain a positive attitude at work and reduce stress. Since I joined Fuel, I have more energy, my skin is healthier, and I'm losing excess weight and having fun doing it.Online scheduling and payment is extremely easy. I can plan my schedule for the week then quickly make changes to my class bookings as life happens.The classes are definitely athletic yet allow me to control how far I push myself. The instructors demonstrate progressively more challenging variations of each pose so I can choose how intense I want each session to be for me personally. And, the various levels of difficulty allow me to set goals for myself.I highly recommend joining Fuel! Just try it and you'll be hooked like the rest of us.
