This level of flexibility is unmatched by many civilian gyms and is crucial for anyone with an unpredictable or demanding schedule. The ability to work out whenever is most convenient for you means you're more likely to stay consistent with your fitness routine.
Another major factor is the sheer scope and variety of the facilities. As one reviewer highlighted, the gym has a "huge selection" of spaces for different activities. This includes separate rooms for cardio, free weights, and weight machines, as well as a dedicated functional fitness room. This variety ensures that you can always find the right equipment for your workout and that you can diversify your routine to prevent plateaus. June 10 · Trung NguyenNot very busy, huge selection. Cardio room, racket ball courts, weight room, weight machine room, and functional fitness room
August 17 · Phillip Masonthey still have the same awful problems from years ago. you can only register for gym access from 11am-1pm on mondays. you can’t register at another gym for access. terrible customer service. those hours are very difficult to get off of work for active duty personnel so recommend building a time block to deliberately register.
May 09 · chrisAlright and relatively quieter than other gyms but there's absolutely NO REASON to make the cardio room so darn cold. It feels like it's around 55 which is so unnecessary (not to mention waste of energy.)
October 10 · Ethan WLooks nice on the outside, but if you are not here from 6am to 10am Monday to Friday, then you cannot register for access. Really... 4 whole hours in the day to register? I know the DoD wants to save money, but come on man!
