Being a busy working mom the last thing I have the time and energy for is to pick and plan my workouts and when I have a very small window to even get that done. It’s so nice just being able to show up to the barn, have the workouts figured out for me, and then having coach kenz cheer me on and make sure I’m doing the workouts that night. The community of other people there has also been amazing. Everyone is so supportive and we have such a fun time getting workouts in and chatting about life. I 1000% recommend trying out the barn and seeing it for yourself.
