As a senior I was looking for a more holistic approach to health and well-being and Body and Brain has given me that. I was going through a bout of sciatica when I initially began classes and I greatly improved after the first week or so of classes. Master Chun Mu is a wonderful instructor who makes classes challenging but fun. Classes have enhanced my mindfulness and overall well-being. I feel like I release so much stress and tension after each class. Also a very friendly and welcoming environment. So glad I found this place!!
