★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This studio is so much more than a boutique gym. I am a big fan of this specific barre3 studio (I’ve tried Pure Barre and Barre Method). I recommend B3 Ballard to all my friends with any kind of chronic pain. I came limping into the studio three years ago, and got serious about it 6 months in when i signed up for a membership even though i had just been laid off from my job. That’s because i love it. This was due in large part, to both studio owners, who are genuinely warm, inclusive and caring. With so many classes offered daily and with a roster of fun, approachable instructors, I’ve never gotten bored. I find new areas of my body are pleasantly sore the day after. This means it’s working, even though I’m not beating myself up like I did in Orange Theory.I started to feel relief from pain when i committed to three or more classes a week. The surgery that was scheduled to fix my back is permanently postponed. Turns out that moving my body—stretching, strengthening and working on core muscles—is the anecdote I needed.Bonus, the monthly membership fee is cheaper than two PT co-pays.
September 18 · Robynne RayeHave been going to classes here for a couple years now and I can honestly say it is a life changer! I didn’t love group workouts before this, but the inviting community that Barre3 Ballard has created is second to none! A variety of instructors always keeps it interesting, not to mention the variety of Barre3 workouts (cardio, strength, flow & signature.) So grateful to have found this gem!
September 24 · Renee HartnettBarre3 Ballard is wonderful! Such friendly and helpful staff and just a welcoming snd community-oriented business! Love the variety in the classes and instructors’ teaching styles as well as the modifications that can be made to make things more or less intense. Definitely recommend for anyone and any level of fitness.
September 23 · torrie haranoThere’s a reason this studio has so many five-star reviews. The instructors and staff are so kind, and I am enjoying the variety of classes so far. I love that they have multiple early morning options with shorter 45-minute classes available mixed into standard 60.The cleanliness of the studio also impressed me. Nothing worse than noticing gross dirt on the ground when you’re mid-plank. Here that isn’t a problem!
September 17 · Erin RowleyThe class was amazing and the extra alignment cues were very much appreciated! I was sore in a new way for 2 days after class. I could feel the individual quad muscles and hamstrings like I'd never felt them. I look forward to the next one. Thanks!
