September 19 · Jill BernaboThreehouse Studios feels like a warm & welcoming hug. I’ve been practicing yoga at 3HS for over a year now. The space is beautiful & inviting, & the community is inclusive, offering up specialty classes for the many communities in Durham. Every teacher is kind, knowledgeable, supportive, & gentle in offering variations to poses to accommodate people’s bodies & abilities. I appreciate the thoughtful touches of having towels & props available for each class. Regardless of the day I’m having, I feel better after every class & a part of something really special.
February 11 · Agnieszka McCortDurham is so lucky to have this space and these teachers available for yoga classes. I’ve really enjoyed every class I’ve taken here from heated yoga to specialty classes. It is such a welcoming environment and the space is perfect—great floors and light. My biggest issue is how far away they are from my home—I wish I could take more classes here.
February 06 · David WoodburyGreat studio. Margot is awesome. She makes the space engaging, safe, and fun, and she often gives multiple levels of difficulty for different poses so everyone can participate at their own level. Highly recommend!
March 16 · M HerrI’m so glad I found Threehouse last autumn. From the first class I took, the instructors and other community members have all been so welcoming. I especially love heated vinyasa with Margot and Josephine and Margot’s core conditioning. No matter the day I’ve had or the goings on in the world, I can count on this space to be one of grounding and movement and community. ❤️
