The YAHD has a totally different methodology than any class I’ve taken - you really have an opportunity to warm up your body, get some mobility and strength work in, and rinse it all out with a run (or walk) on the treads. Class was challenging and felt like small group training in that the instructor (shoutout Alyssa!) gave personal attention to each of us.Grateful for a studio that meets you where you’re at and pushes you just a little further than you think you can go.
