Whereas I enjoyed Club Pilates and learned a lot, their schedule didn't work for me. I decided to move over to The Wave and immediately felt at ease and welcome. The instructors are knowledgeable, kind and I always get a great workout. I'm not one who typically loves working out, but reformer pilates has been perfect for me and The Wave has become part of this experience. Kudos to Mel, Erin and Leah who are some of my favorite instructors!

I feel totally at home at The Wave. The instructors are attentive, knowledgeable and SO skilled at meeting you where you’re at. I am amazed by the strength, flexibility, and balance that my body has gained over the past year of attending class here. The studio is beautiful, warm, and inviting, and the people are even better! I also love that they offer specialty classes like ceremony dance, and sound meditation as well as yoga, book club, and red light therapy. It truly is a place to heal, strengthen, and grow.

The variety of classes, the instructors, the encouragement and positivity, and overall atmosphere make this studio stand out from all the others. There is a true sense of community and I always leave classes feeling lighter and more cheerful than when I walked in. They even offer ballroom dance classes monthly which my husband and I truly enjoy. I cannot recommend The Wave enough!
