The owner is super nice and has created a very welcoming and fun atmosphere. The workouts were always challenging but also enjoyable, which made me look forward to each session. I left feeling way more confident about lifting heavier 💪, and the motivation from both the trainers and the other people working out there was incredible. I highly recommend checking this place out if you're looking for a supportive, effective, and fun workout program!

I've had Coach Ivan's class several times and met other coaches. The techniques are explained for correct form and technique. Modifications are explained and Coach Ivan always makes sure I'm using correct form.I highly recommend The Cav if you want to work on strength training in a supportive environment.

January 15 · James BroomeDid my first class today thinking I’d just try it out. I didn’t think I’d be signing up for more, but here I am. They made you feel welcome and you hit a lot of muscle groups with well thought out circuits for the class. The tight schedule and keeping things moving was nice for people that have a tough time staying focused.The program seems to give you a nice balance of strength and cardio throughout each week. The wide variety of bundles gives you total flexibility on membership. Lastly, The staff seem very intentional in keeping you in the loop and engaged. Ivan was patient and stayed in touch for weeks until I finally was able to come.
