I discovered that I can do so many things that I never thought I would be able to. Kaylee is extremely motivating and encouraging! The classes, which I never in a million years thought that I would be into, are amazing! The thought of jumping into a class after really never working out in my life, with a bunch of people I didn't know was terrifying. You walk in and immediately feel welcome and realize no one is judging you. Kaylee, the other instructors, and the rest of the group are always willing to help and encourage you to hang in there during the workouts. Will you sweat? Yes. Will it be hard? Yes. But will you get stronger and shock yourself with progress? Also yes. After establishing a workout schedule at the gym I started personal training sessions with Kaylee and felt like an ultimate badass everytime I went heavier in weights or finished a workout. For anyone like me with the desire to workout, get stronger mentally and physically, or feel healthier but don't know where to start, THIS is the place to go!

No matter who you get to be your trainer/instructor for the day, you will leave at the end of your work out feeling absolutely amazing, knowing you crushed it, knowing that you got to work out with somebody who knows what they’re doing and who is helping you reach your goals, it is definitely an amazing experience to just go!
