They are all super sweet, fun, and motivating. Every workout comes with a modification or a challenge to adjust the intensity of the workout to your level. So if you’re like me and push-ups aren’t your thing, don’t worry, you can modify with a plank (knees or toes). No one will ever make you feel bad for taking a modification. Classes are available 7 days a week, so even with my busy school schedule, I find myself going almost every day. It’s easy to book a class with their app. The app also keeps track of how many classes you’ve taken. When you reach certain numbers, you get special prizes!!! I highly recommend signing up for RP and taking a class with Anissa or Pauline!

I am no stranger to gyms and taking fitness classes, but have never taken reformed pilates classes before this. I have not been able to workout over the last 3 1/2 from having children and other life events so it has been so nice to get back into a gym setting. I have loved every instructor that I have had and feel very challenged in each workout. All of the instructors are so kind and willing to provide modifications for people of all different skill levels. They've never made me feel awkward or embarrassed if I don't know how to do something. They always kindly correct my posture or form so that I'm able to perform a move correctly. It is honestly the most humbling exercise I have ever done, in the best way. I always leave happy I showed up and never regret taking a class. I would highly recommend Reformed Pilates to anyone looking for a great workout that's light on your joints while also challenging you and toning your body. So happy to be a member of reformed and have a location so close to my home!
