Every morning at 8am, I would be so excited to go to Reform because the instructors were so amazing and I left class feeling so strong and toned. All of the instructors are amazing, but I personally loved Hannah and Amanda’s classes. I love Reform because you spend the whole class on the reformer (some other chain pilates studios don’t use the reformer the whole time which bothers me) and every class was something new and challenging. The environment is so fun and friendly as well. I am currently back at home and I miss Reform so much!! Best pilates studio in Lexington by far!
May 18 · Addie UlkuI’m a huge fan of Reform Pilates. The instructors are all great and the classes always leave me sore the next day (in a good way)! Reform’s studio is also in a great location and nicely set up. Highly recommend!
May 15 · Maggie ComptonI would not sign up to these classes unless you want to see your whole body transform for the better. The classes are challenging and instructors stay on you about form so that you get amazing results from the class. My body has leaned out, core is strong, and joints feel better than ever.
