Working out at P4P with Chris is fantastic because the workouts are not cookie cutter where you do the same routine over and over like some of the other boxing franchises. He customizes the workouts so that each day the class does something different. It keeps us from getting bored and, better results. What makes the workouts stand out from others is the resistance training along with the cardio with the boxing. The music is great too.
