I love the class style, the variety of classes, the challenges, the coach’s and staff. I love the concept with running, rowing and floor and I always leave feeling like I got a good workout in. The benchmarks that they have (rower distances, tread distances) are really nice to track your progress. And the challenges add another level to the experience as you work towards a goal. I have the Premier membership and I think it’s completely worth it. My only regret is not signing up for the founders rate when they opened.
