I started in Dec 2022 and went 3-5 days a week. I weighed 176lbs and was spilling out of a size 10. My base pace was around 5mph and I could barely run 8mph at my highest speed. Meredith Taylor’s classes have been my favorite. Great energy, positivity, and authentic enthusiasm. She has motivated me to push myself! Honestly? All the staff there is great, including Jay and Britt!Now I’m running a base pace of 6.5mph, and my highest speed is 9.5mph! I can run over 3+ miles in the 30 min running portion with plenty of incline!I’m down to 158lbs, a size 8, and I feel like I can actually kick butt!!!

The McGregor studio has a great group of coaches, but I did want to highlight one specifically….. Coach Meredith. She really gives new meaning to “personalized training in a group setting”. She pays attention. Meredith is well aware of how fast I run and is always quick to point out when she knows I’m not running to my fullest potential. Meredith is always watching my form on the weight form and has given me some solid suggestions on how to improve. She is encouraging, so positive and so full of energy that she makes the one hour at the gym fly by. As stated, the workout is great, the coaches and the front of the house are wonderful but Meredith elevates every work out!

Everyone is super friendly, the manager Holly is wonderful, and the coaches are all amazing. Coach Meredith classes are fun and the workouts are great! She’s so cheerful, supportive, professional and knows how to push you towards your goal in such an enthusiastic way. Highly recommended.

Meredith's classes are always fantastic - she's super high energy and enthusiastic and pushes you to try a little harder. Even on days I'm feeling "off", the atmosphere always gets me pumped for the workout. Jay also helped me fix my rowing form, and its been a game changer for my back. Love this studio!
October 16 · SimiRecently, I have been able to work out with trainers post-partum, and also for the first about 30 weeks of the pregnancy!The trainers are always able to assist with modifying exercises for those with a number of physical limitations.Unfortunately, sometimes, the wipes used to disinfect the equipment cause my moderate environmental asthma to flair.The trainers and the water rowers are my favorite!
