August 12 · Amelia ZahnGreat location, clean facility, perfect workout class! Trainer was personable, knowledgeable, and professional at the noon/lunch time slot I went to. Facility is equipped with lockers, clean bathrooms and lots of thoughtful extras in the women’s restroom (hair ties, tampons, toiletries in case you want to use the showers!) The personal training area for 1:1 coaching also looks super nice! Highly recommend the Lift class for strength training.
