We could be using the reformer, we could be using weights or the box, but she knows how to make it challenging and fun.If you live in the Sunset Park area, do check her out! I’ve done Barre and Pilates classes before, but I truly feel like I’m getting the most of my workout with an expert like Yoo Mi who can gently correct our alignment and movements in real time! After each class we feel sore but accomplished. She’s the best.
