May 06 · Carrie DenoyerI am a Mighty Pilates devotee! One class and I was hooked. The group classes are just the right size and it has a community vibe where you get to know everyone. The teachers are fantastic and really change up the routine so every class feels new and different. I go to 3 classes a week and I take the group power classes (advanced). I have seen a difference in my body — butt, thighs, abs and arms getting toned faster than any other of the other group fitness classes I tried elsewhere. And, your joints feel so good afterwards — after several old injuries and surgeries, I can definitely say I am stronger now and pain free as a direct result of these pilates classes (and a few private sessions woven in to work on perfecting my form). Love this place! The teachers are fantastic and you will always find me in Irene’s and Robin’s classes!

Interesting compliment to whatever else you might be doing; PT, weight training, swimming. Looking forward to third session with same instructor, Robin, who was calm and careful.
