All the staff likes to have fun, keep the mood upbeat, but also maintain discipline. I’ve had most of my classes with Alley and Travis, two different methods to training but both are worth the class and allows you to really work out different sections of your body and obtain a great technique. Perfect to give yourself some self confidence and self defense, if you’re still reading this you could’ve already signed up for a class, what are you doing!

I have been a member for four months. I have lost weight, gained strength and endurance and best of all, I enjoy what I’m doing, I feel amazing and look forward to my workout every day. The staff is truly wonderful. Everyone is super nice, positive, encouraging and fun. The members are great to work out with and chat with. The workouts are challenging, so much fun, and never exactly the same. The instructors are very helpful and patient but still tough. I love them so much. I am so grateful to have found Knockout Fitness Glendale and hope to be a member for life! ❤️🤜

I told the manager I didn’t have the money for a membership right now($120 for 1 month, $150 sign up fee) but I wanted to do the occasional drop in because I enjoyed the workout and it was really fun!!Apparently that was not good enough. No matter what I said, he just kept pushing. He wanted me to call my husband right then and there so he could talk him into “letting” me join, even though I was the one saying no.I don’t cry easily, but this manager made me feel like garbage saying I’ll never reach my goals or be strong without the membership and push push pushing no matter what. I probably revealed too much about my financial situation hoping he would have some humanity but nothing I said helped. I eventually had to just turn around and leave while he yelled after me “where are you going?!?” Wow
June 24 · Nadia KasenovichA year ago I was in the midst of my weight loss journey and had plateaued for several months which was both frustrating and discouraging. I realized that I needed to change up my workouts and find a way to incorporate more cardio but I struggled with finding a consistent way to do that doing activities that I actually enjoyed. My best friend and I had talked about trying boxing but we were nervous about making a commitment to a boxing gym and figuring out how to work their workouts into our day to day schedules. We took a chance on @knockoutfitnessglendale and I can’t tell you how glad I am that we did. I have genuinely enjoyed the past 12 months of boxing. The HIIT style workouts were exactly what I was looking for and I have loved working with the different trainers there. I 10/10 recommend giving it a shot if you’re interested in boxing or interested in starting a new workout routine. There has not been a single day that I’ve gone to a boxing class and regretted it (even when I really didn’t want to workout). On average I always burn between 600 and 1000 calories per workout and I have fun doing it. I feel a huge difference in my endurance level and in my overall agility and flexibility that I was not getting from my other workouts. If you’re interested in trying a class tell them I sent you 😉
