Management states a clear focus on continuous improvement, regularly adding equipment and expanding space to meet member demand, aiming to ensure the facility is never crowded.
While the goal is to provide a premier experience, it is important for prospective members in Illinois to note that there have been reports from customers regarding initial issues with customer service and communication, particularly concerning 24-hour access codes for new sign-ups or day passes. Despite these operational hurdles noted by some users, the overall consensus highlights the facility's dedication to quality equipment, cleanliness, and providing a powerful setting for serious strength and conditioning work, often being commended as having some of the best equipment in the local area.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Don't buy a day pass or inquire about one. I bought one on Sunday and nobody let me into the gym or called me back. I was sitting outside the gym like a dumbass waiting for someone to let me in for 40+ minutes. The day pass says they will give you a access code- they don't send one (there is nowhere to even enter one on the doors). Since then, I've called 4+ times and nobody answered me. I even went as far as sending multiple emails as well- no response. I had to go to Chase bank and dispute the charge in order to get my money back. Very poor communication on their end.
April 17 · Zack MilinkovichNot a fan. Poor costumer service, never answers the phone, Too crowded for its sized at all hours, worn equipment, teenagers sneaking in and definitely not clean. Now I kept doing day passes, but there’s no way this is just bad luck of when I went. My two cents- This gym needs upgrades in managing.
September 17 · Christian DiazWhy sell a day pass if no one can use it hope my 10 dollars helped you out
August 31 · Brayden KaspariGreat gym, rugged but has all of the equipment you'd want or need.
March 02 · dustin coonsI used to love this gym. It was a great place and great environment but lately it’s been hard to even workout there between all the broken equipment, mirrors and lack of hygiene. The place looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks, every mirror is either cracked, cover in spit and hand prints. Their is chalk and dust covering most the floor, and the staff is hardly there anymore causing for their to be a bunch of random kids sneaking their friends in at all times. Extremely disappointed with the direction the gym has been going.
