This high-intensity interval training class incorporates hand weights and bands, and the heat only amps up the intensity. It was a full-body workout that left me drenched but feeling accomplished. If you're looking for a place that offers both a welcoming atmosphere and an intense, challenging workout, Flo Yoga Studio is definitely worth checking out. August 04 · Halie GirgashFrom the moment I walked into Flo Yoga Studio I felt so welcomed. They introduced me to the instructor, gave me a little tour, and made me feel right at home. My very first class was Flo Endurance with Sadie and it was such a great workout. She has the most positive, high-energy spirit and made the class so much fun.I have been to other workout places where you feel like no one really cares, but Flo is the complete opposite. The next day they even called me to check in, see how I was feeling, and go over the policies so I felt comfortable and informed. That kind of customer service is rare and means a lot to me.Since then I have taken several more classes and each one has been amazing. I have met four different instructors so far and every single one has taken the time to introduce themselves and really get to know me.Flo has become my happy place. I get excited every time I come in and always leave feeling better than when I arrived.
August 15 · Madison WarmkeFlo is the most uplifting community. The instructors are all so lovely and really do take the time to get to know you. They are so encouraging and make the studio feel like home. I took my first ever yoga class in January, not knowing if yoga would be something I liked or would even be able to do. I haven’t stopped going since and couldn’t imagine spending my ‘me time’ elsewhere. That being said, Flo is very beginner friendly and a wonderful way to start your journey. They push you to try new things but always make sure you know to listen to your body, take what you need and leave what you don’t; Everyday and everyone is different.
March 14 · Torrie KomoroskiCan't say enough great things about the classes. Such high quality of content and such a variety of offerings. The instructors are wonderfully encouraging in every class, from the relaxing Stretch and Restore to the more difficult Sculpt and Endurance. The schedule is also fantastic because each variety of class is available several times throughout the week, so I can always fit it into my schedule one way or another.I do think the desk staff could be more inviting. I and others have noticed a less than warm welcome, which is a turn off, especially as a new customer looking to join the studio. I feel as if I am auditioning for some exclusive club, or trying to work my way into a clique of people who don't really want me there. It's disappointing to be thinking, "Did I do something wrong? Was there food in my teeth or something?" walking into what's supposed to be a relaxing/empowering time. With that improvement, the whole experience would be just as great as the classes. This studio is a gem otherwise. I can see why the classes are in such high demand!
July 18 · Jane DoeFlo Yoga Studio is honestly the best studio I’ve ever been to. From the moment you walk in, the space just feels good—it's beautiful, calming, and has such a peaceful energy. But what really makes it special is the people. The instructors and staff go above and beyond to make you feel not just welcome, but truly seen and valued. They take the time to get to know you, support you, and celebrate you—not just as someone showing up for yoga, but as a whole person.I love the variety of classes they offer—whether I need something grounding, energizing, challenging, or just restorative, there’s always something that meets me where I’m at. It’s not just about the physical practice here—they really take care of you holistically, with a focus on mental and emotional well-being too. I always leave feeling better than when I came in.I can’t recommend Flo enough—it’s become such a meaningful part of my daily routine and honestly, my life.
