He is always encouraging us to do better and test our strength and resilience. The community is also great and everyone is really chill. Highly recommend coming here.

All of the coaches know you by name and are motivating and keep the classes fun! The studio is always clean and the staff makes an effort to host membership events and socials. I would definitely recommend F45 and the Emory Point location!!

The coaches are all great and super helpful. Equipment and restrooms are also always kept very clean.The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is bc some of the communication regarding the schedule has been a bit confusing. I’d love if they offered the same class times daily, including a 4:30 PM class.
