★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Im a pilates teacher myself and when I visited New York I really wanted to try out different pilates Studios. And I was not disappointed. I took an all levels class with Sarah. She was so lovely and kind and I really enjoyed my time there! Cute studio with a nice ambience ✨ thank you very much for your time!
May 07 · Lea WeidenhauptI took my free intro class today (All Levels Mat with Maria) and enjoyed it. The studio is very cute but DON'T wear your shoes past the door. The class provides mats and props for you so you don't need to bring anything and it is very cute in the studio. Nice chill indie rock was playing during the class which I liked. I didn't see a bathroom or showers or anything but again, this was my first time there.
May 27 · Miranda RobertsI just hit one year of classes with East River Pilates and I can’t rave about it enough. I really struggled to commit to fitness classes before this because I felt intimidated but from my first class with ERP, I knew I could learn Pilates without judgement. Over the year I’ve had a great experience and can tell the difference in my body and my strength. I could drop into any teacher’s class and have an amazing experience but Sarah, Nicole, and Tommy are teachers I seek out classes with time and time again. ERP is so good I’m trying to center an apartment search to stay in walking distance and definitely recommend it if you want great teachers and fun but challenging classes!
June 28 · Annie Sullivan-CrowleyLove ERP! I've been very loyal to this S 1st location. I love that this location offers mat and reformer classes. All the instructors are great! I love Graziella, Michelle, Jet, Sarah, Nicole, and Anna! I enjoy the various styles of teaching! I do all levels, core-glutes-arms (reformer and mat), mat mobility/stretching, and I could not be happier :)
April 09 · Laurie SchnittmanThis review is long overdue as I have been coming to ERP since 2019. It’s tough to make this brief about how awesome this business is as well as the instructors. Many of them have come and gone through the years but they are all incredible in their own way. They love their job and it shows. They wouldn’t hesitate to help you out as best they can, and are so good with reminding you to correct your form. I really appreciate that. Coming to class is always one of the best parts of my day and I tell everyone about ERP! I have become considerably stronger these last few years and it’s all thanks to them.
