I’ve done weight classes, dance, aerobics, gym etc. I’m now 61 and in the best shape of my life. My muscles are toned and my posture is excellent. If you ask the Curves coaches questions, do what they say, tune in to using excellent form, and give it your all on each machine you will be amazed at what you can achieve in a minimal amount of time. Do your part to educate yourself about what you’re doing. It’s the most efficient workout ever.
