June 24 · Andy MusserWhat a great 1st experience. I hosted a Mom Group Workout event at CrossFit and the trainers were so good at showing us the proper form to lift weights and how to lift the bars. They did a great job planning the event to help a group of Mamas get back at working out. The music was good and I highly recommend others to join their membership program.
February 13 · Hoa Mya NguyenMoved to CF Fairfax after my gym closed. The coaches and members are incredibly welcoming and friendly. Great mix of skill levels and CF experience. We just switched to PRVN programming and it’s excellent. Haven’t tried the Hyrox workout yet but it’s available every weekend. Highly recommend CF Fairfax - come check us out!
