★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I have been waiting for Yoga and Pilates studio on this side of town for years and Columbia Flow did not disappoint. I love it here. One thing that really stands out from other studios is they do kids yoga. So while I’m in my class my kiddo is in hers. It feels like a community for my family and me. And that’s really special. The instructors are all incredible. They’re knowledgeable, helpful and make class fun while getting a kick ass workout. My body, mind and inner peace have all been healing here and I’m so grateful to this space. 🙏🏻
June 21 · Megan Abbott-brownColumbia flow is amazing. Such a great addition to Troutdale I love all the instructors and the classes are great I took yoga sculpt this morning. It’s a great way to start your Monday slow with lots of breath work and fill your muscles move. Adding weights to a yoga class is very good and adds extra resistance to the moves. Definitely recommend it.
June 09 · Jessie VolkerI am new to Columbia Flow, but am really enjoying my classes so far. It can be intimidating starting as a beginner with new forms of exercise, but the instructors and members I’ve interacted with have all been welcoming and kind. Beginner Hot Mat Pilates and Vinyasa classes have been my favorite so far! The membership pricing is also pretty good in comparison to other studios in the greater Portland Metro area.
September 01 · Clara RidabockI really enjoyed taking the Pilates/Yoga class at Columbia Flow. The studio had a really calm and peaceful vibe, and the instructor was super helpful and easy to follow. It was a good mix of relaxing and still getting a workout in. After each class, I felt a lot better—more relaxed and less stressed. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to try something new and take care of their body and mind.
June 27 · NaomiColumbia flow has truly changed the way I exercise. I so appreciate the very early classes that make it so accessible for me to fit in workouts no matter what else I have going on. Lyndsey is a gift. I have learned so much from her classes especially (but all the instructors are amazing!!). It’s such a body-positive atmosphere, it always feels like the perfect balance of pushing everyone to do their best without striving for aesthetics. They focus on longevity and mobility and truly enjoying the movements and seeing your body get stronger. I am so grateful to have Columbia flow in my community!!!
