I really like that a free intro session to Pilates was offered, allowing me to experience the feel as a first time reformer user. Karien was my instructor and she was great! She went over some of the Pilates vocab and introduced the class to several movements/reps that were incorporated in our 50 min. session. Karien was knowledgeable, personable and super helpful during sets, making it easy for me to follow her instruction. The facility was extremely clean and smelled clean adding a healthy aesthetic and exercise spa vibes. My experience was wonderful and I’m looking forward to my next class! Highly recommend!

I work an office job so spine and core health are huge priority to me.I love having the structure of class and so many instructor choices. I’ve been able to find my faves, Cindy, Mary, and Carolyn! Cindy is amazing at watching the whole class and assisting when she notices someone can push themselves or need to adjust for perfect form. She demonstrates often and has a hands on approach. Her expertise is obvious in every class.

Historically I have never enjoyed exercise but knew I needed to do something to build strength, flexibility and balance. I took an intro class and thought this is something I could do and possibly enjoy. Fast forward to today and I truly enjoy going. The unexpected benefit has been how I’ve come to find the classes relaxing and good for my mental health as well. I am a big fan of instructors Cindy and Lisa in Worthington and Jessica in Hilliard. They all do an outstanding job leading their classes and ensuring you know what to do.

As someone who has never done Pilates before, I felt completely welcomed and Sabina was an excellent instructor in terms of guiding the group as first timers. She asked if anyone has had an injury, which I have and she gave detailed instruction of what muscles to use and engage and it should feel like. I definitely will be returning for a full class.
