I attended a fitness center for a year 2-4 times a week - even with a personal trainer - I had progressed but I had hit a plateau. On a whim I tried Pilates. When I first settled in the reformer, it was like magic - I knew I belonged there. My feet, which were very achy, are now great! My flexibility has greatly improved! I can’t recommend Pilates enough. Every teacher I see has been fantastic! They really know their trade!
