Yoga studio, Boutique ★5.0

423 3rd Ave W, Seattle, WA 98119, USA

5.0
I’ve taken a handful of yoga classes here and have loved them all. It’s a small studio, the last class I took there were only 3 students and I think the biggest class I’ve been to was 10, so there’s more opportunity for personalized instruction and hands on assistance (there are painted rocks to indicate if you want to be touched or not). The teachers speak in a normal voice (not the stereotypical yoga teacher cadence), classes feel nice and casual not intense and cliquey, and teachers offer plenty of modifications based on injuries or how your body is feeling that day. The studio isn’t cold but the classes I’ve taken haven’t been hot yoga, not sure if any of the classes are, which compliments the relaxed, casual vibe. The only slight downside is parking because it’s close to the Seattle Center, but there’s plenty of paid street parking right outside and if you walk a block or 2 you can find some free 2 hr spots as well.Overall I love the studio and am excited to have found it! - Emily
