★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Took the Thursday night Yin class with instructor Angela. me and my bestie went to unwind and refocus. They have a new super spacious classroom spot and in the front area as soon as you walk in, it's calm and streamlined. The color pallet is warm, and inviting ,even a comfy seating area till class starts. I brought a friend last year for the prenantal class and I've taken the "be basic" class with a friend. So I wanted to try a new class, I'll try the hot yoga soon when my shoulder heals.
February 01 · PineappleCafeCakery PromotionsI had been here for a few yoga classes in years past, but when I got pregnant, I knew I wanted to take prenatal classes. After doing some research, be yoga seemed to be one of the only places near me to offer any. I tried out a class and was instantly hooked when I met Tati. She knew all the moves to work out any kinks I was feeling, answered any questions, has a fantastic reassuring vibe about her, and made my experience at Be Yoga one of the best. I am so grateful for her and missed her classes after giving birth that I came to a few with my pregnant sister. One of the things I am looking forward to being pregnant again is to take Tati’s prenatal classes again. It was the best part of my week! Love her and love Be Yoga’s atmosphere!
September 03 · Brittany HaugenBe Yoga is amazing. The owners, teachers and students are all so warm and welcoming. They have a hot room and a regular room. I enjoy going to both to change it up. The atmosphere is awesome. They encourage modifications so you'll enjoy class at there if you are a beginner, intermediate or experienced yogi! Go and try it out!
March 09 · Melanie Garrickbe yoga is amazing. They’re very friendly and welcoming. I’m new to yoga and just started coming about 1.5 months ago and have noticed a significant change in my sleep, my peace of mind, and my body aches. I’ve always been very active; former military, weightlifting, running, soccer, etc. and have always felt sore and stiff. I’ve noticed a huge change since I started practicing yoga. The owner is awesome, she instructs and participates in other instructor’s classes as well. The staff instructors are great too. They offer challenging classes and classes that help you unwind as well. I highly recommend this place.
March 11 · Christian CalderonI went to this studio three different times. The studio is very nice. They sell lululemon at the front and have a nice bowl and smoothie bar which is adorable. However, I would say the quality of the classes are not that great. My first instructor was good, but then I tried two others and I just didn’t resonate my practice with them. They were not very good at actually instructing how to do a move, but they did do a good job making beginners feel welcome, which is probably more important for others. I probably wouldn’t come here again bc my last instructor was unprepared for the volume of people who just kept coming in. I won’t say her name because she was nice.
