★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Barre3 is and continues to be one of my favorite places in Cary time and time again. Most recently, this studio was there for me before, during and after pregnancy. The instructors at Barre3 are not only knowledgeable about modifications but proactive when teaching throughout those 40 weeks. The workouts at Barre3 - both strength and signature - got me to the end and I am fully confident they played a huge role in a smooth, successful and painless delivery. When it came time to have my baby, Barre3 proactively paused my membership - taking that thought of my plate as a new mom and looking out for me not just as instructors but as a friend. After, Barre3 has welcomed us back into the studio with open arms. Their childcare is not only affordable, but also top notch quality while I can take a minute for myself in the day. Before delivery, barre3 was there for me physically, after it's the mental reset I need on a daily basis. I'm honored to be a member of this studio and welcome anyone who's considering a fitness home to visit, join and find out for themselves both an incredible workout and friendly, loving community.
September 12 · Allie ParkerHannah and the entire team at Barre3 in Cary have changed the way I look at fitness. I have finally found a workout that challenges me physically and mentally but most importantly it feeds my soul and improves my mindfulness!I’ve had severe asthma since I was four years old. Most people think asthma is about not being able to breathe in but it’s mostly about the inability to expire, to exhale, to blow off CO2, so that it doesn’t get trapped in the lungs. The breath work that we do in Barre3, at the end of every class, has been an amazing gift to me. When I first started in June 2025, I couldn’t even hold my breath for the 4 counts, much less breathe out for 4 counts but thankfully now, most days, I can do both. It’s seems like such a small thing and thankfully for most people, it is. But for me, taking this few minutes to focus on the part of me that works the hardest throughout my day is something I do not take for granted. And I know my lungs are saying thank you just for remembering to take a moment to focus on them too.Thank you, Macgregor Village Barre3 team for providing a safe space to work on ourselves, at a pace that is all our own and with people that accept you and love you so well. I’m so grateful that Sydney brought me here!Warmest regards,Nanci
