The class sizes are small so you get that one on one attention, even in a group class. Everyone is so welcoming, especially Mary. She is upbeat, positive, knowledgeable and very encouraging. I am nearly finished with my instructor training, and I practice 4-5 days per week so I'm serious about my Pilates. Here are the things that really standout:-Mary is extremely knowledgeable and attentive to students.-Group classes are small enough that you get personal attention.-She offers more than Reformer.
