- Aerobics From $25.00
All of our classes have a focus of strength, Mobility, endurance and conditioning. All are open level classes ranging from beginner to Advanced. All being able to get the same great workout at the same time. Classes run typically one hour long.
- Kickboxing From $15.00
We offer a 30 minute cardio kickboxing class which includes striking on mitts, heavy bags and Shadow Boxing techniques. As well as strength training for specific boxing techniques
- Personal training From $40.00
Our one-on-one personal training can be half hour or hour long sessions. The cost ranges from $40 a session to $70 a session depending on what services you would like. 15 years experience comes with our personal training as well as always staying up on the new and Innovative techniques.
- Private lessons From $20.00
Private lessons can either be single personal training or groups. Our group rates vary depending on how many people are participating. Prices range from $20 to $35 per person depending on the amount of people.
- Strength & Conditioning From $35.00
Our facility offers multiple strength-and-conditioning apparatuses. Ranging from all different types of free weights to strength racks and functional training equipment. This equipment is used in our classes as well as the one-on-one personal training and Group Training.

During the early stages of the pandemic, owner Shawn Huber made additional investments so we could safely have classes outside. As it got colder, he did what he had to do to ensure it was safe to hold classes indoor. The gym is exceptionally clean and well spaced out so while you get a great workout, you feel safe doing it. If you are looking for a place that will challenge you and also provide a fun and friendly place to workout, check this place out. You will not be disappointed.

Shawn amd Bree are such great instructors, they not only get you into great shape but they also work with you invidually on areas that you might need more attention or more help even during group sessions.Their attention to detail to every client shows that they care about their clients. There is always a great atmosphere every time I walk into the gym.The gym is very clean and you can see that they go out of their way to ensure everything is spotless. The bathrooms and showers are always clean.Check it out, you will not be disappointed.

The classes are never the same, and I always feel as if i got the best work out of my life! The staff are so knowledgeable and never judgmental. This gym is for all levels. Also this gym is the cleanest gym I have ever walked into! Highly recommend people going here! 🙌

There is a significant variation in fitness ability but as a 66 year old woman I am never made to feel different than the younger crowd who are stronger and more fit. Bree and Shawn are knowledgeable and attentive. The clients are inclusive and friendly. I feel like I have made life time friends. I have been to many gyms in my lifetime and I can honestly say nothing compares to 4 pillar fitness.
