YogaSix is known for its six signature class types, each with a distinct focus and specific body benefits. The variety of classes ensures that whether you're looking for an intense workout or a deeply restorative session, you'll find what you need.
Y6 101: Perfect for those who are brand new to yoga or looking to get back into their practice. This class builds a strong foundation in a lightly heated room, focusing on strength, flexibility, and proper alignment.
Y6 Slow Flow: A slower-paced Vinyasa class that allows for more time to explore and transition between postures. This class is excellent for refining technique and building confidence, while still providing a gentle and effective workout.
Y6 Restore: The ultimate recovery class. This is a ground-based class that emphasizes floor postures to stretch and open major muscle groups. It's ideal for reducing aches and pains, improving mobility, and promoting better sleep.
Y6 Power Flow: A fast-paced, strength-building Vinyasa class designed to develop focus, endurance, and flexibility. This heated class is a challenging full-body workout that empowers students to push their boundaries.
Y6 Signature: A heated class with a set sequence that combines postures with breath, a challenging balancing series, and core work to leave you feeling balanced and invigorated.
Y6 Sculpt & Flow: A blend of yoga and strength training. This class uses dumbbells, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises in a warm room to build muscle, increase cardio endurance, and add a new dimension to your practice.
YogaSix Mainline goes above and beyond to create an exceptional yoga experience for its community. Its features and highlights make it a standout choice for anyone in the Pennsylvania area.
Women-Owned Business: The studio is identified as a women-owned business, contributing to a supportive and empowering environment for all clients.
Expert and Encouraging Instructors: The staff, including beloved instructors like Carolyn and Kaitlyn mentioned in reviews, are praised for their talent, knowledge, and ability to create a safe and welcoming space. They provide hands-on adjustments and modifications, while encouraging students to listen to their own bodies.
Heated and Full-Sensory Experience: Many classes are held in heated rooms, which aids in muscle flexibility and detoxification. The use of music and a "full-sensory" environment enhances the overall practice, making it more engaging and dynamic.
Commitment to Accessibility: The studio’s physical accessibility with a wheelchair-accessible car park, entrance, and toilet demonstrates a genuine effort to be inclusive to everyone in the community.
Clean and Welcoming Environment: Reviewers consistently note the cleanliness and supportive atmosphere of the studio, making it feel like a second home for many members.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I have been coming to this studio for well over a year and I can’t get enough.I specifically love Carolyn’s Power class. She is talented, creates challenging but meaningful flows, is hands on if you want it and has the best music and energy! She creates a safe environment to try new things but also encourages you to listen to your body. Also, Kaitlyn’s flow is amazing! She adds some variation and often builds off of each class (week by week). Also great energy and knowledge. If you want your butt kicked, try her sculpt snd flow!
August 15 · Brittany LatronicaTonight was my first studio yoga class ever and I couldn’t have picked a better studio/instructor. Since it was my first time practicing in a studio I was filled with nerves but upon entering Y6 I felt welcomed and right at home. Gillian was kind and informative and gave me a helpful tour of space. I did a hot yoga class with Jess and it was awesome. Jess is a great teacher and is super supportive/welcoming so my nerves quickly went away. Overall I had such an amazing experience. I already have two more classes booked and can’t wait to practice more at Y6!
June 26 · Jenn CaponeKathleen was a great instructor for my power class! I felt challenged but still capable of doing all the poses. I also felt free and comfortable to not follow exactly what she guides the class to do. I loved it!
