---Services Offered
YogaSix specializes in a variety of class formats, all designed to offer distinct benefits. Their approach is modern and non-traditional, blending yoga philosophy with contemporary fitness science to deliver a complete workout. The six signature classes, which are standard for the brand, cater to every mood, goal, and energy level. This variety encourages a balanced practice, ensuring members don't fall into a routine rut.
- Y6 101: This is the foundational class, perfect for new students or those looking to ease back into practice. It focuses on developing strength, flexibility, comfort, and stamina in a lightly warm, full-sensory environment, ensuring proper alignment and breathing techniques are learned from the start.
- Y6 Slow Flow: A Vinyasa-style class that moves at a measured, slowed-down pace in a warm room. This format allows practitioners to explore individual postures and transitions deeply, helping to refine fundamental alignment while gently engaging and strengthening the body. It’s excellent for building confidence and diving deeper into the practice.
- Y6 Restore: Focused on deep recovery, this class emphasizes floor postures to stretch, open, and release the major muscle groups of the entire body in a lightly warm, full sensory room. It’s ideal for athletes, those with demanding jobs, or anyone needing better recovery, improved mobility, and reduced aches and pains.
- Y6 Signature (Hot and Warm): This is the studio's set sequence, a balanced and invigorating class that combines yoga postures synchronized with breath, dynamic core work, and a challenging balancing series. Practiced in a heated or warmed room, it's designed to add energizing 'fire' to your practice, promoting balance and detoxification.
- Y6 Power Flow: A strength-building, full-body class designed to build focus, endurance, and flexibility. These Vinyasa classes move at a steady, faster pace in a heated room, offering a challenging journey for both the body and mind. It's the choice for those looking for a high-intensity, fluid, and creative yoga workout.
- Y6 Sculpt & Flow: The perfect hybrid class, blending yoga movements with weight training. This cross-training workout utilizes dumbbells, bands, and bodyweight exercises to challenge muscular strength, endurance, and cardiovascular thresholds. It includes a dynamic warm-up and a final yoga cool-down, all performed in a warm room with high-energy music.

---What is Worth Choosing
When considering a local yoga studio in the competitive Southern California market, especially in a health-focused area like Laguna Niguel, the choice often comes down to finding a balance between class quality, variety, and community atmosphere. **YogaSix Laguna Niguel** offers a distinct proposition that makes it a compelling choice for many Orange County residents.
First and foremost, the **variety of the six core classes** is a significant advantage. The modern yogi often seeks a practice that is both traditional and functional, and the ability to seamlessly transition from a deep, recovery-focused **Y6 Restore** class one day to a high-intensity, muscle-building **Y6 Sculpt & Flow** the next provides unparalleled fitness versatility. This integrated approach ensures a full-body experience that prevents the boredom and plateaus that can come with less diverse offerings.
Secondly, the consistently praised **professionalism of the core instructors** is a key element that makes this studio worthwhile. Learning and progressing in yoga hinges on expert guidance, particularly in heated and high-power classes. A studio that reliably provides mindful, knowledgeable teachers creates a safer and more effective path for students to achieve their goals. While some user feedback indicates that sales efforts can be persistent, a common theme is the genuine desire of the staff and owner to support members' physical and mental health through yoga. As with any business operating in a competitive industry, some degree of sales promotion is expected, but the true value lies in the quality of the core product: the yoga classes themselves.
Finally, the studio’s commitment to being a **truly accessible local business** is commendable and makes it a welcoming space for the broader Laguna Niguel and Orange County community. With full wheelchair accessibility for the entrance, parking, and restroom, the studio actively removes common barriers to entry, reinforcing the philosophy that the mind-body benefits of yoga should be available to every body. For local users prioritizing a studio with both exceptional class variety and a genuine commitment to inclusivity, YogaSix Laguna Niguel stands out as a strong and dedicated option within the regional wellness community. The studio offers a complete and modern take on yoga, perfectly suited for the active and diverse California lifestyle.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Went for a trial hot yoga class here and will not ever return or bring me or my coworkers to sign up! Bella at the front when I came for my class was very nonchalant and dismissive . Not welcoming at all.… Camila the owner is very heartless. She kept trying to sell me classes before my trial was up. I had to leave early and she just kept saying “well if you pay for a class Etc”. DONT GO HERE! They were plenty yoga classes in the area. Find a top-tier yoga class, please!
May 22 · GlamLuxeLifeStyleI was hesitant to join a corporate/franchise yoga studio, but YogaSix Laguna Niguel has not disappointed! The core group of teachers are very professional and guide you through some tough, but very mindful poses. Owner is easy to talk with and the staff is very friendly. Do they want to sell you stuff? Of course, they are running a business, but yoga is at the heart of that business and most people that work there are kind and are there because they want to help you stay physically fit and mentally healthy :-)!
March 31 · Arturo GarciaI had a frustrating experience at this location. During my trial, it felt like they called me nonstop, even though I said I’d join when I was ready. I eventually signed up after the many calls and asked for my membership to start the next day. The manager agreed but charged me that day. Later, I found out my membership followed the payment date, so I lost a day when canceling.I noticed new members were getting better deals/discounts, which seems unfair. The worst part was how they handled their termite problem. We weren’t told until class started, and there were termites on my mat. I left as class started and wasn’t credited for that day or the ones afterward while the issue persisted. When I asked if the termites were gone, I got no response and had to check in person—only to find they were still there. The classes were fine, but the management and customer service left a lot to be desired.
December 22 · Ara ChoiEchoing another review - buyer beware - they will charge you for another month when you decide to cancel your membership justifying it as common in the industry to have a policy that requires 30 days for cancellation. This has never been my experience with any gym, Pilates, or yoga studio. They are no longer providing services but somehow think it is reasonable to keep charging you. Also, if you need to suspend your membership due to an injury, you will be charged $15 for every 30 days it needs to be suspended. Again, you are being required to pay to not obtain the benefit of the classes. For comparison, I informed my Pilates studio of my injury and they paused my membership without issue or additional charge. YogaSix’s policies are shortsighted and not customer or community focused. If my membership had been suspended without issue while my broken toe healed, I would have continued here for years to come.
October 29 · Aileen Shepherd KellBuyer beware. I joined this studio and a few days into my required second month I decided it was not a good fit for me and canceled my membership. There were 25 days left in my second month. The person on the phone said someone who could handle a cancellation would call me back. No one did. I had to call again in a few days at which time I was told I had to give 30 days notice and would be charged an additional month. This is outrageous. They should only charge me for the 5 or 6 days up to 30 days from my day of notice. They told me I could continue to come to classes of course. I won’t set foot in the place. All the classes might as well be hot yoga classes. I would leave feeling ill. The instructors are not consistent. The classes that were supposed to be slo Flo depended on who was teaching. Many were too fast and all were too hot. Many times the music was so loud I couldn’t even hear the instructor. Find a better place.
