- Mat Pilates Classes: Traditional Pilates sessions that rely solely on body weight and gravity, a foundational component for building core strength and control.
- Equipment Classes: Utilizing a creative flow between the Reformer and other apparatus such as the Springboard, EXO-Chair, and barre, ensuring high variety in workouts.
- Small Group Classes: The studio prefers a smaller class size, which allows instructors to provide personalized attention, modifications, and progressions, ensuring all students can work at their own level safely and effectively.
- Private Sessions: One-on-one customized training with an instructor, ideal for those new to Pilates, recovering from injury, or focused on achieving specific, individual goals.

Features / Highlights
What makes WholeBody Pilates a standout choice for Kansas residents is its commitment to both quality instruction and a welcoming atmosphere, differentiating itself from larger, impersonal gyms.
Key Studio Highlights:
- Reformer-Focused Training: The use of the Reformer machine is a critical advantage, providing adjustable spring resistance that creates a full-body, low-impact, yet high-efficiency workout. This is superior to Mat Pilates alone for building sustained, balanced muscle tone and strength.
- Exceptional Instructor Creativity: Teachers are highly praised for their creativity, with one member noting, "Lee gives so much variety, that I truly can't believe the Reformer and do everything it can." This keeps the practice engaging and prevents plateaus.
- Focus on Functional Strength and Stability: Customers frequently note real-world improvements, such as improved ankle stability allowing them to "walk longer distance without an ankle brace," and overall strength increases, like upping their bench press without a spotter.
- Affordable Access to Specialized Equipment: By offering group classes, the studio makes Reformer Pilates, which is typically expensive, accessible and affordable compared to dedicated personal trainer sessions.
- Body Composition Results: The practice yields noticeable aesthetic changes—members become "stronger, more toned, more flexible, more stable," and report significant inches lost, reinforcing its effectiveness as a long-term fitness solution.
- Flexible Payment Options: Accepting both Credit cards and Debit cards, the studio ensures convenient and easy transaction processing for all classes and memberships.

What is Worth Choosing WholeBody Pilates
Choosing WholeBody Pilates is a decision to prioritize quality of movement and long-term joint health over quick, high-impact workouts. This studio is the right fit for Kansas residents who have tried traditional gyms or yoga and found them lacking in the deep, corrective strength that only Reformer Pilates can provide.
The evidence from real customers is compelling: this practice leads to profound, sustainable physical transformation. It’s a studio where you can transition from lifting heavy weights to embracing small, controlled movements and yet become overall stronger with improved stability. For those who need a low-impact exercise that is gentle on the joints, prevents injuries, and actively improves chronic conditions like ankle instability, the Pilates philosophy offered here is truly life-changing. It is worth choosing for the high quality of instruction, the amazing variety provided by teachers like Lee, the access to professional Reformer equipment in an affordable group setting, and the friendly, community feel of a "little studio" that converts every new student into a "pilates convert" for life. It provides a foundation of strength that enhances all other physical activities and promotes a feeling of wellness and confidence that extends far beyond the studio walls.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I'd never been on a Reformer before (just tried mat Pilates in the past), so I decided to try a class here about nine months ago, because it was closest to me. I was instantly hooked. I now come 2-3 times a week and my body has changed so much. I am stronger, more toned, more flexible, more stable, my core is much stronger and my butt is much more lifted! (I do lift weights and walk, so it's not just pilates I'm doing). My doctor "measured" me with a special scale before I started Pilates and after 4 months and I'd lost 2.4% body fat and gained 1% of muscle. I can't wait to see what it will be like after a full year!Dana was my intro to Pilates teacher via 3 private sessions, and Lee is my class teacher. Lee gives so much variety, that I truly can't believe the Reformer and do everything it can. Her creativity amazes me. I am a convert for life!
February 13 · Allison Cloud2023-2024 UpdateBy the end of last year I lost over 4 inches on my waist. Had to take in a bunch pants and buy new clothes. I can tell you now I'll be doing Pilates the rest of my life. Love this little studio.*****This is my second year at Whole Body Pilates. This year I've moved away from lifting heavy weights at the community center to more pilates three or more days a week, often doubling up a morning workout with an evening pilates class or vice versa. In the last four months of my experiment, I've noticed quite a difference. While pilates is small movements and lower weight, overall I'm stronger and upped my bench press to 90lbs - without a spotter. Considering how much it costs for a personal trainer or a gym membership even, group classes are affordable, the facility is clean and you can work at your own level. A bonus for me is I'm able to walk longer distance without an ankle brace as many of the pilates moves have improved ankle stability over time. I used to think yoga was my thing, but now I'm a pilates convert.
