★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I took my first hot yoga class with Ryann and it was amazing. Ryann is masterful guiding the class through the poses, helping us challenge ourselves at our own pace, providing personal attention and expert care throughout the class. I’m a convert - I go every week now. Love this class!
September 11 · Genevieve AndersonThe studio location is in the NOHO Arts district so parking is a hit or miss. Bring your own mat, towel and water. The studio is very strict with punctuality. Doors are open 20 minutes prior to class start time. Keep in mind there is no front desk person checking you in, the instructor is doing it themselves so the doors will be locked if you are 1 minute late.I LOVE "Hot Flow" with Sharon, she is absolutely amazing! Sharon is all about using muscle strength rather than using momentum. She is very in tune with her practice and has a knack for guiding and inspiring others by challenging you to keep growing within your practice. Sharon is very encouraging to get you out of your comfort zone and try new or advanced poses. I love leaving the studio feeling drenched in sweat, accomplished and recharged.
September 17 · Amber MaldonadoI have been to many yoga and hiit studies but white heat yoga has the best hiit class in town. I just wish it was more than 2times a week. The teachers are fantastic high energy fun hot hiit class.
January 08 · GigiThere’s so much about this place that I want to compliment. Here’s the shortlist:1. The rooms get really hot. It’s surprising how many hot yoga studios I encounter where the room is actually not that hot, and it’s always a little sad.2. The classes are fantastic, and the instructions really push you. My back and arms are pretty sore! The sequences vary, and they have a sculpting class that combines yoga poses with lifting moves. They have weights for you.3. The instructors are diverse in all aspects! Race, body size, teaching style. It makes it all feel welcoming and inclusive.4. Facilities are clean and well organized. No brainer. 🤍 I look forward to my class every day.
October 13 · Catalina LaverdeThis is by far the best studio that I’ve been to. I’ve lived in all of the major U.S. states and I have to say that White Heat Yoga is THE BEST. The classes are intense and really effective. I went from 156 to 140 in 3 weeks coming to classes here, but the best part of this place is the community, the instructors and owner really put time an effort into forming a community. From dressing up in baby watch costumes for a class to bringing mindfulness and sound baths into the practice it’s really amazing! I love it! Definitely recommend. Try to come early the classes sell out FAST!
