★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I took a class through ClassPass. As a complete beginner to boxing, I was excited but nervous to try this kickboxing class, only to be met with rudeness that completely soured the experience. When I asked the instructor if the class was beginner-friendly, he asked if I’d read the 7,000 or so reviews on class pass. Then, a fellow female who wasn’t even part of the conversation chimed in with a comment about how I should “up my prescription” if I didn’t see them. This initial interaction made me feel unwelcome and set a negative tone for the entire class.Although the instructor later showed me some of the moves, I couldn’t shake the discomfort from the initial encounter. The workout itself was decent. The environment is not the cleanest, but maybe that’s the norm for the boxing gym. For beginners, be prepared for challenges like sore knees and shins.Ultimately, I came to the class hoping to release stress, but instead, I left feeling stressed and unwelcome. If you’re new to boxing, I’d recommend finding a more supportive and friendly environment.
January 23 · Lydia KThe owner, Dean, full experienced with Thai kickboxing from Patana Thailand. I’m a Thai immigrant moving here 3 years ago. Of cause my believe is Thai kickboxing is the best fighting sport. So when I’m looking for fighting skill for my son who is often a target at school. He is love it and Dean knows what he is doing. My down point is it’s little far and traffic around here.
August 20 · Goht VanDenBrinkbeen going to the muay thai/kickboxing classes with dean for a few months and love it. fun group of people and great coaching
June 26 · Isabella TablanteLove this place and the people! Warm, inviting camaraderie so I really felt at ease. Instructors are fun, attentive and hone in on form. The workouts are tough (with breaks added in), it's a true full-body workout but since every class is different it's always fun and new. Parking is easy and schedule is flexible. If you're new to boxing or experienced, or like me and hadn't boxed in years and missed it, or just looking for a fun all body workout with cardio and muscle work, you'll feel at home here.
July 04 · Esabel KhouryI've been going here for Boxing Level 1 and Boxing and Conditioning classes for a few months now. The classes in my opinion are very good all with a great mix of Basic Boxing combinations, Heavy bags work and Fitness conditioning. Coach Mike keeps us on our toes and these classes are well suited for anyone who wants to get into boxing or is curious about it!
