I have been attending a private class at True Balance for at least the last two years. The class is one hour long. The owner, JILL, has a good variety of equipment in her studio. JILL varies my workout, and I always feel as though I have had a good workout. I highly recommend Jill’s classes.Now that the studio is temporarily closed, this week JILL gave me a class via my iPad. I was very skeptical about this method. However, I am pleased to say that it worked out very well. I am so glad we can resume class again.
