There has always been well trained coaches here helping me and other gym members get better in a super fun environment. Since Coach Liv has joined the team it has strengthened my desire to continue training here. She is so upbeat, fun, sweet, kind, and exceptionally professional. You can tell she has a very strong background in kickboxing amongst other areas of fitness and health. Did I mention she plays the best music during class?! 😊 My entire family has been coming here for years and plans to continue. Best coaches, family friendly, great environment!

All of the instructors are simply phenomenal; the coaches/trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and make working out or training super fun.When I joined, I was in really bad physical shape and had some mental health issues from years of bartending, but after working with Karim (a personal trainer/boxing coach) and taking both the TFL and Gracie Jiu Jitsu classes, I’ve become substantially stronger and more confident. My only regret is that I didn’t join the gym years ago.Wether you’re coming to learn kickboxing/Brazilian Jiu Jitsu or just want to work out, I highly recommend this gym.
