May 13 · B HEverything you’d ever want in a gym is here! The gym equipment ranges from free weights, barbells, cables, and machines. Staff was excellent, the locker rooms were EXCEPTIONAL with wonderful showers and mirror space accompanied by hair gel, lotion, mouth wash, and other hygiene products. The 25 meter pool on the bottom floor was lovely and well kept with little to no bad smell or messy floors.

During my first swim, I noticed what appeared to be a cockroach or water bug in the water, along with visible rust along the pool’s edges. This raised concerns about the facility’s overall cleanliness and sanitation.After I pointed out the bug, it was removed and killed with the help of staff and members — but other swimmers were allowed into the pool immediately afterward. This may indicate a lack of caution or adherence to proper protocol, particularly since the presence of such a bug in the pool could itself be a sign of insufficient maintenance.I’ll follow up once I learn more about TMPL’s pool hygiene and maintenance procedures — specifically, what’s being done to ensure that we aren’t literally swimming alongside water bugs.

They were very polite and accommodating, so I changed the review from 2 to 3 stars just based on my interaction with themORIGINAL REVIEW:Do you like having to remove other people's plates ON EVERY plate-loaded machine you use?Do you spending ten-fifteen minutes in the lockerroom trying to find locker with a lock that actually works or that isn't already used?Do you like working out in a dark basement club where the lighting reminds you of a rave in Brooklyn and no windows to the exterior?Then this club is the perfect club for you!Come on over! Just remember don't touch those weights after you load up your machine! It's a problem for the next person!

The gym is extremely well-equipped with everything you need to meet your fitness goals, whether you’re into weight training, cardio, or functional workouts. What really stood out to me, though, was the staff at the front desk. Super welcoming, friendly, and full of good energy. they make you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. Great vibe all around. Highly recommend it if you’re in town!
