★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I love group exercise, but I haven't had this much fun in a while! Did I get all the cycle choreography? Nope! But that's OK. Everyone was encouraging and went at their own pace. The instructor was phenomenal and brought great energy! I highly recommend everyone take a class!
July 29 · Abby CraigStarted my membership in January and it was the best decision. I did not have any cycling experience prior to starting but after a few months my confidence grew. Everyone is friendly and the instructors are amazing! Love the variety in classes offered and the different themed rides. Would definitely recommend trying it out.
May 05 · Hilda RodriguezThe most amazing classes, teachers, and community. As a former D1 athlete I was burnt out and nervous joining a gym. The teachers are immediately welcoming and have awesome energy that make classes and working out fun again. There are tons of different classes (spin, sculpt, yoga, barre, and combos), music themed classes, and lots of times to pick from! It’s also an inclusive atmosphere where everyone is welcome.I love Chris and Amanda’s 30 min spin 30 min sculpt class. I wasn’t expecting to meet some wonderful new friends who are so supportive in and out of the gym. I’ve been going for about 8 months and am so grateful for this amazing Durham institution!
February 02 · Laura EscobarI have been going to the sweat lab for the past school year and I can without a doubt say it is the best fitness studio I have ever been to. The spin choreo was challenging at first but after two classes I was able to pick it up very quickly. I also love the variety of classes they offer. Chris is always so welcoming and every instructor is amazing.
May 09 · Whitney KnottsI've been coming here sporadically for years, but have been coming a couple times a week for the past couple of years. The owner Chris is always thinking up new and fun ways to create a community beyond just working out together - theme rides, snacks, publicly celebrating milestones, and more. All of the instructors are amazing, but they each have their own style so you can pick what motivates you the most. They keep a good mix of the types of classes they offer too, with spin, yoga, light weights, and Barre.
