March 24 · Ashley TI started here about two months ago, and it’s been absolutely amazing. I definitely found my workout! I had voiced to Lana my first private my session how I really wanted to get into reformer classes, but didn’t have much experience with Pilates. She has guided me in my journey and I’m hooked. Love the ambiance of the studio and all the vibes!
March 22 · Stacy RamosThe Pilates place isn’t just Pilates, it feels like a community. All of the classes work for any skill level, age, or body type and Lana always provides modifications for challenging moves. Each class is different and never feels routine or boring, and every class is a workout. There are mat and reformer classes that range in intensity. Class schedules are flexible, offered in the early morning to the evening to fit a busy schedule and there are group classes, and private sessions. The environment is in a beautiful space, inclusive and positive. If you come to class in an off mood you’ll leave feeling great. It has become my “third place” over the last year after being nervous to start my Pilates journey. So happy I found the Pilates Place, would recommend to everyone!
