August 10 · Jerome KoteckiI started my first class in June and I haven’t stopped! I was very nervous the first time but as I walked in, I was immediately greeted and my name was said back to me. I got a shout out during the class which made me feel included and apart of something! I wanted to try something new when moving to Indianapolis and I am so glad I did! I have built reporte with instructors, and gained a sense of belonging and community! I look forward to every class. I promise you won’t know if you like it until after 2 classes, so give it a try! You owe it to yourself, and this is the best place to do it! Thanks Uptown Hot Room!
August 08 · Marri MartinezI have been coming to the studio for a long time now and this was legitimately one of the best classes that I have ever been to at THR if not the best class I’ve ever been to. Jess has an amazing presence and takes the time to explain everything in a way that encourages you to go deeper into your practice. It was a marvelous experience! I definitely want to get back in one of her classes.
