I tried to do at-home fitness apps, but I know I need the accountability of a group setting. I joined in August and do 2-4 group classes a week with weights and yoga. I don't own a scale, but in just three months, I have tone back, energy, can fit into dresses I couldn't zip previously and my back doesn't hurt anymore. The team is supportive, kind, nonjudgemental and I can always find a class to fit my daily schedule and mood. There are a lot of women in various stages of menopause there as well, so if you are in that demographic, you need to be lifting weights for bone mass and to calm symptoms. Come join us!
